1. Our Services
Sylmark Systems LLC provides:

- SEO, digital marketing, and paid advertising management (Google, Meta) for local businesses.
- Truck dispatching services for carriers, operated as a separate line of business.
Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any engagement are agreed separately with each client (for example, via a proposal, quote, or signed agreement), and those terms take priority over this general page where they conflict.
2. SMS / Text Messaging Program
By opting in to receive text messages from Sylmark Systems, you agree to the following:
- Program description. You may receive SMS messages related to appointment confirmations, service updates, quote follow-ups, and account notifications.
- Message frequency. Frequency varies depending on your engagement with us and is not fixed.
- Message and data rates. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
- Opt-out. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages.
- Help. Reply HELP, or contact us at [email protected], for support.
- Carriers not liable. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Client Responsibilities
When engaging our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and current business, contact, and (where applicable) carrier/dispatch information.
- Use our website and services only for lawful purposes.

4. Payments
Fees for services are set out in the applicable proposal, quote, or agreement for each engagement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due on the terms stated at the time of engagement.
5. Intellectual Property
Website content, designs, and materials we create remain our property until full payment is received, at which point agreed deliverables (e.g., a completed website) transfer to the client as specified in the engagement agreement. Our own branding, templates, and internal tools remain our property at all times.
6. Dispatching Services Disclaimer
Where we provide truck dispatching services, we act as an intermediary between carriers and load opportunities. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or profitability of any load, broker, or shipper, and carriers remain responsible for their own compliance with DOT/FMCSA regulations, insurance, and contractual obligations with brokers or shippers.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sylmark Systems LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services, including delays, service interruptions, or third-party platform issues (e.g., hosting providers, ad platforms, mobile carriers).
8. Termination
We may suspend or discontinue services for a client who violates these Terms or provides false information (including for SMS opt-in). Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement per the terms of the specific agreement in place.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when they were last revised. Continued use of our website or services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
