Sylmark Systems LLC ("we", "us", "our") is a US-registered digital agency. We build websites and web apps, run SEO, digital marketing, and Meta ads for local businesses, and operate a separate truck dispatching service for carriers. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through this website and our services, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect
- Information you give us — your name, business name, email address, phone number, and any details you include when you use a contact or quote form, book a call, subscribe to updates, email us, or opt in to SMS messages.
- Carrier / dispatch information — if you engage our dispatching service: company name, MC/DOT number, equipment type, lane preferences, and load and rate details.
- Information collected automatically — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and similar analytics data, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your enquiries and provide quotes and proposals.
- To deliver the services you have engaged us for — web development, SEO, marketing campaigns, or truck dispatching.
- To operate advertising campaigns on your behalf (for example, Google and Meta), where you are a client.
- To improve our website and understand how visitors use it.
- To send service updates and, with your consent, marketing communications, including by SMS. You can opt out at any time.
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
3. SMS / Text Messaging Communications
If you opt in to receive SMS messages from Sylmark Systems, you consent to receive text messages related to the services you’ve engaged us for — such as appointment confirmations, service updates, quote follow-ups, and account notifications.
How we collect consent. Through opt-in checkboxes or forms on our website, or when you provide your phone number to us directly and confirm you would like to be contacted by text.
What you’re told at opt-in. The purpose of our texts, that message frequency varies, and that message and data rates may apply.
Opting out. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages from us.
Support. Reply HELP, or contact us at [email protected].
Data sharing. Mobile opt-in information and phone numbers are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Retention. We retain records of SMS opt-in consent, including timestamps and consent method, for compliance purposes.
4. Cookies and Analytics
5. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us operate — hosting, email, analytics, and advertising platforms — under agreements that limit their use of the data.
- Advertising and marketing platforms (such as Google and Meta) when running campaigns for a client account.
- Authorities or third parties where required by law, or to protect our rights.
Mobile/SMS opt-in data is never included in this sharing for marketing purposes (see Section 3).
6. International Transfers
We are based in the United States and also serve clients internationally. Where information is transferred between regions, we take steps to ensure it is protected consistent with this policy and applicable law.
7. Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, tax, and record-keeping requirements, then delete or anonymise it.
8. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent for marketing or SMS communications at any time. To make a request, email [email protected]. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be posted on this page.
