El problema
Visual design decides whether something looks good. UX decides whether people can actually use it. When the experience isn’t designed around real behaviour, it shows:
- People can’t find what they came for — the navigation matches the org chart, not the way visitors actually think about the problem.
- Simple tasks take too many steps, so people give up partway through a form, a sign-up or a checkout.
- Every screen feels slightly different — spacing, buttons and labels that don’t agree with each other — so nothing feels quite trustworthy.

Nuestro enfoque
We start with the people using the product: what they’re trying to do, where they get stuck, and the order they expect things to happen in. That becomes the information architecture and the user flows — the skeleton of the experience — before a single screen is styled.
From there we wireframe the key screens, prototype the flows so they can be clicked through and tested, and turn the interface into a small, consistent design system: one set of components, spacing and states that every screen is built from. This is separate from visual website design — the two work together, but UX is about structure and behaviour first.
UI/UX is about how it works. If you need the full visual site designed as well, that’s our Web Design & Development service — they’re often run together.
03 What’s Included
From research to refined, in five steps
Structure and behaviour first, polish second.
Research
We learn who the users are, what they’re trying to do, and where the current experience gets in the way.
Define & Structure
The key journeys and the information architecture — what goes where, and in what order.
Wireframe
Low-fidelity layouts for the important screens, focused on flow rather than styling.
Prototype
The flows made clickable so they can be walked through and tested with real people.
Refine
Adjustments based on what the testing showed, then a consistent UI system handed over.
UX Tools We Use
Chosen per project — research-heavy work leans on different tools than a straightforward interface refresh.

You are hereUI/UX questions, answered
Web design is the finished visual look of a site — type, colour, imagery, layout. UI/UX is the layer underneath: how the product is structured, how people move through it, and how the interface behaves. On most projects they run together, but they answer different questions.
For a simple brochure site, the design process covers it. UX becomes worth doing on its own when there’s a real task involved — a multi-step form, a booking flow, an account area, an app — where a wrong assumption costs you conversions.
We build clickable prototypes and put them in front of people who match your actual users, then watch where they hesitate or take a wrong turn. Small tests, early, catch the expensive mistakes.
Research notes, the agreed structure and user flows, wireframes, a tested prototype, and a UI system (components and rules) that your developers or ours can build from directly.
Yes. A lot of UX work is a review of what exists — finding the specific points where people drop off — and redesigning those, rather than rebuilding everything.
Let’s create an experience your users will love
Designed around how people actually think and behave — so the important tasks feel obvious, not fiddly.
