Our Approach
We start by watching how the work actually gets done and finding the parts that are rule-based and repetitive — those are the ones worth automating. We map each one out, then build it as a workflow that runs on a trigger: a form submission, a new order, a scheduled time.
Where a task involves reading or drafting text — summarising a document, categorising an enquiry, drafting a first-response email — we use AI models for that step, with a person reviewing the output where it matters. We don’t hand business decisions to a model, and we don’t promise “autonomous” anything. The goal is fewer manual steps and more consistency, not removing people.
We’re deliberate about where AI fits: it’s good at repetitive language and data tasks, with review. It is not a replacement for judgement, and we won’t sell it as one.
